Has getting a new line meant you could get bb?

A friend of mine (in Fairview Dublin) cannnot get bb as his line has failed and it seems to be pretty bad as he does not get particularly good speeds on dial up. The line is not paired. We were chatting tonight and wondering if it might be worth his while to order a new line and cancel the existing one. He spends a fortune…

A friend of mine (in Fairview Dublin) cannnot get bb as his line has failed and it seems to be pretty bad as he does not get particularly good speeds on dial up. The line is not paired.

We were chatting tonight and wondering if it might be worth his while to order a new line and cancel the existing one. He spends a fortune on dial up so it would pay him back pretty quickly even with the expense of getting a new line.

So I want to ask anyone out there who has gone down this route what has your experience been?
