Can anyone recommend any healthy living books? Aimed more towards exercise/weightloss and nutrition?

I've found The Complete Guide To Sports Nutrition to be brilliant for all-round info and advice on eating well and managing your diet around your needs. The info ranges from back to basics to more complex biochem but its all very easy to understand and I use it as a reference point all the time.
