Nope, people always say (( and by people i mean people who don't or have never worked out, or done so to the point of developing in any major way )) that "when you stop working out it will just turn to fat."

Really???? Thanks for that amazing mis understanding of the human body.

When you stopi working out or playing whatever sport you do, be sure to adjust your diet accordingly.

You won;t need the same number of calories then as now.

Thats all you need to do.

    nope, nope, nope.

When you stop working out, after about 6 weeks or so your muscles will start to atrophy (break down). The reason why people put on weight is because, as Dragan said, tehy don't modify their diet. They keep eating the same number of calories needed to sustain a very active lifestyle and so the unused excess calories get stored as fat.

Muscle cannot 'turn into anything' else, just as fat cannot be turned into muscle.

    This is a ridiculous question.

If you "retire from working out and playing" you will sag and (depending on your diet) get fat irrespective of whether you once took supplements.

If you no longer train, then you have no real need of protein/creatine supplements and to continue to take protein supplements in addition to your diet would add unnecessary calories which could lead to weight gain. To continue to take creatine would keep your weight mildly boosted as a result of the water bonding effect, but this stops a short time after supplementation stops.

Having a long training history and conditioning will stand to you if you are forced to stop training temporarily, but if you stop completely, we all go the same way.
