You could start your own business, and work from home if it was your thing?. Buy or bulid a few servers network them together, go with say ntl business or magnet, start hosting gaming servers, email, e-business, dns, repairs, business contracts, etc.

If your willing to put in the investment your return on investment would be really nice.

p.s. I know one guy who sucessfully runs his own home based business like this and hes rolling in it.
