    hi,
    first post so be nice!
I am a fit 26 year old female who runs, cycles attends gym classes etc... I am not overweight and do not think I have too much bodyfat. My problem is a sticky out tummy which has developed recently particularly the bottom part and abdomen. I know i should be doing crunches, core stability excercises etc but I just find them too boring. Anyone got any suggestions for classes that might work my abs in particular or a more exciting way to do it than crunches?

try an excercise ball. Might be a bit different. Sit on the ball with your feet as close together as possible and do crunches. Also just try balancing on the ball (no feet) to work your core

Tell us what you really do --like running how much ? what pace ? what other training ?

Seems on first impression you might be taking it easy. In this game there's no short-cuts
