Hi, does anyone know about the details of the comp in vicar st in september. Now that i am finally up to 220lbs i'm thinking of competing. Easygainer i think i read in another thread that you are going to compete? Can you tell me the details and the contact info of who's organising it. Also anyone who has seen it before, what was the standard of the junior competitors? (under 21's) as this would be the division i would be in!

Weight is not such an issue dude, not in a comp like this. Conditioning and a good flow is key. ;)

last year there were only 2 juniors, and the guy who won was in fairly decent nick. Obvisouly neither was anywhere near the same shape as the seasoned competitors, but were probably better than most of the novices. there's a couple of shows coming up before than that would be worth checking out to see what the standard is like. The NABBA Worlds are on in the Helix on 10th June and there's a show in Cork on 28th MAy
