Help! -Grandstream 486 password

    Help!

    I bought a 486 from iTalk and cannot get past the admin password! (got the cables set-up & configured device ok through voice prompt menu so cann connect to internet through router ok)

    the user guide for the 486 says the password is 123admin by default but - "If you can not log into the configuration page by using the default password, please check with your VoIP service provider. Most likely, the service provider has provisioned the device and configured for you and changed the default password.s.

    Anyone had similar problems or know what iTalk.ie might have set their 486's to?
