im sorry if that thread heading seemed a bit stupid but please persist for a minute!

right im a firm believer in eating as much good food as possible instead of any supplements. A year ago i didnt eat great and took loads of mass builder shakes and only saw minimal gains but i started on weights again month ago and i havent took anything but i have completely changed my diet and i am seeing gains nearly everytime i go to the gym!

Eg. started off shoulder pressing 12kg each side now im doin 20, started benchind bout 45 now up to 60 etc!

So here is my question... even though im eating really well and im seeing good gains would there be a benefit from taking whey or creatine or whatever and if the benefit would be worth it what supplement wud you recommend??
