Erractic diet

    i have a dreadul diet for instance the week before last and the week before that i ate barely anything so healthy and i lost a few pounds..i was dieting fro a particular night out then the night came and went and now im eating a like a pig soo much crisps and chocolate etc..does anyone know how i can balance eat out?i eat like 6 bananas one day and 6 bags of crisps the next...:mad:

    ok first off, your post doesn't make complete sense so you may want to re read and re-edit it.
    Anyway crash dieting and binging is so bad for you, so you have to stop doing it. also what do you generally eat in day (on an ordinary day not a binge or diet day or do they take up all your days).
    In relation to your question on how you can balance out your diet. easy stop binging on junk food, then you won't have to keep on going on crash diets. Eat 5-6 good small-medium sized meals a day also cut down on the amount of bananas and replace them with other types of fruit aswell apples, oranges and veg aswell.
    If you can get into a proper routine of eating properly you will stop eating so badly. Also cut down on the crips and chocolate. If you look through the forum there are plenty of advise on what your diet should consist of if you want to take the ful healty option.
