Does anyone know how to do that hanging bar exercise where you raise your legs so high that you can get them between the bar and your head and back over the other side. I will probably need to build up my shoulders a lot but dont know which exercises to use. Just want to know because I think it would be a fun way of building up my arms.

The exercise your describing is called skinning the cat and imo is one of the best shoulder exercises you can do. For the beginners version start by hanging on the bar bring your knees to your chest and tuck into as tight a ball as possible now squeeze with your shoulders and throw your head back continue going til your all the way through now open out your legs and try get your body straight (this is quite an intense shoulder stretch) if your flexible enought come all the way through. now to get back to start position pull your knees to your chest fast and use the momentum to keep going til you come around. For the advanced version legs are kept straight the whole way through the movement and the shoulders do everything
