Myoplex is a nutrition shake rather than a supplement.
It's designed to be a meal replacement and give you the nutrients carbs and protein you should get from a meal.

You can buy it in workout world on bachelors walk and some gym shops stock it.

Side effects...due to the liquid nature of meal replacement shakes like this a common side effect is "the runs".

Weight gain ? well that depends on what else you eat while you're taking myoplex !

My advice is to check out www.eas.com or else specify what you want to achieve and someone here could recommend a supplement based on your goals !

To be honest you get more value for money from other products, or you can simply make your own weight gainer shakes. Personnally i would recommend you put up your diet so we can advise on that first before going to a supplemental solution.

thanks for the info. well i feel i dont get enough protein in my diet and i go the gym 2-3 times a week and have become bigger and stronger but have kind of hit a brick wall in terms of muscle growth and tone and was just looking for a supplement that could help me. i also wanted to reduce body fat and i know you cant do that without hard work but these supplements claim to help is this true?

So im looking for a protein supplement that will help me improve my musclr groth and definition without becoming to big and without adding weight. thanks once again.

in that case you should look for just a whey shake, not something containing a lot of calories and carbs, in my estimation at least.

www.fitnessireland.ie are good for whey etc.

If you need more calories then add through wholefoods.

Put up your current diet and program IN DETAIL!!!!!!!!!!

No detail = no specific advice
