How do you know it's "out"? Bonesetting is not a specific discipline & if anyone calls themselve's that I'd steer well clear as they have no recognised qualification. Go to a Dr. get an x-ray,get the diagnosis & all clear, if it's actually a subluxed vertebrae then go to a reputable Osteopath or Chiropractor (yep, there are some believe it or not) 4 years on i'd hazard a guess it's alot more then what you're thinking!

You really should head to your gp for further investigation and if its deemed necessary get a referral for physio.

I'd personally stay clear from someone who claims to have magical gifts in healing from the gods, regardless of how many cows, horses, birds and people he's 'fixed'.

    Bone setter? For your vertebrae?

Do yourself a massive favour, write down what you want to do and then read back on it like someone else wrote it. I'd be very surprised if you didn't say "wow that sounds crazy".

Regular medicine is probably going to be good enough for you.

    Quality:
"Dan O'Neill, a retired farmer who treats humans and animals without a medical qualification of any kind. "It is a gift from God and it's been in my family for 400 years," claims the renowned bone setter whose farmyard in Myshel, Co Carlow, sees men, women, children, horses, cats, dogs, cows and sheep all lining up to take their turn at healing the old-fashioned way.
"I started in 1960 when a neighbour, who had been treated by my late uncle, insisted I try putting his bone back in place. I did and people have been coming to me ever since. They come from all over Ireland and abroad. I see 20 to 50 people a day and lots of animals and it's on a first come, first served basis.
"The medical profession were opposed to me when I first set out. Then a few years ago, they invited me to be a guest speaker at a seminar in Mount Juliet. I went and spoke to 400 doctors.
"I have seven children and we won't know if any of them have the gift until I pass on. That's the way it's been for generations.""

I thought I was the only one!!

But really, go get an Xray, talk to your doctor and then consider talking to a physio.
