High Protein, Low Carb

    I'm 17 lookin to loose a bit of weight before the summer so i look lean and mean! I'm looking to do a High Protein, Low Carb diet. I'm going to work out 3 times a week and possibly more football training sessions. Wondering what i could have for break fast and dinner? Going to have a chicken salad for lunch at school should be ok. Any other food ideas?
