    Hi there,

I recently had an orthotic assessment done, and it revealed that I overpronate quite severely (my foot falls inwards when I walk/run).

The guy said that I could try Spenco orthotic insoles, before paying out big bucks for custom made ones. I've checked their website and I assume he means either of these ones:

    http://www.spenco.com/prod_footcare_greenarsup.html
    http://www.spenco.com/prod_footcare_greenortho.html

Does anyone know where I'd get these in Dublin? I tried a few chemists but they'd never even heard of them!

    Cheers

I've bought Spenco heel supports in Footlocker in England, so maybe they might be worth a look.

eBay is always your friend too.

Thanks dudara, I'll check out footlocker next time I'm in town. Arnotts has also been suggested to me. Cheers, Gandorf.
