Hi, not sure if this should go here but here goes.

I have a problem with cold food as i simply dont like it! but recently i have taken to toasting brown bread sandwiches with chicken, peppers, onions, and tomatoes. I toast it to the point that all the food in it is warm and i was wondering if this is good for you and is two such sandwiches good enough for lunch the day after weights considering im tryin to bulk up but not too much, just tryin to put on some muscle.

in order to put on muscle you need fuel and plenty of it.You'll need calories to replace the ones you expend and you need protein to build up muscle. Two sandwiches probably doesnt represent enough enough of either for a sedentary person let alone somebody trying to bulk up.You could try a protein powder to bump up your intake.Do you have access to a microwave? You could cook stuff in the evening and heat it up during the day.

Probably the most important meal you can eat in relation to lifting is the one straight after you put down the weights.....so whats that like dude?

twice a week thats a full dinner with steak or fish and lots of veg, the sambos are four slices of bread not just too halves and they are 3 euro each so there is enuf in them (i tink)

To be honest if you can drop 6 euro a day on sambo's and whatever other little treats you eat for luch dude, you can go to the butchers and get 14 chickens fillets, pop in to tescos and get some brown rice and veg and away you go.

It will be a better meal for you man.

If i can be tied to a desk for 8 hours day doing 12 hours worth of work and still eat three wholefood meals in work i imagine you can manage something.
