This wouldn't persuade me to use their abysmal service again, last three things I ordered from them never came, usual big email saga to get a refund, they never seem to have any of their goods in stock and then periodically email you telling you that we're awaiting a new date from our suppliers, we expect to ship by X - said date comes and passes, you get a new email "we're awaiting a new date...". www.play.com superior in every way, price, service and choice.

Here we go again. Wondered when this was gonna drop.

    BIG difference though
offer is limited to 75,000 £5 vouchers

This means they have a limit and you can be assured
they will be gone very quickly.

Tried using Mozilla and IE, I get the side bars and top bar alright, but nothing in the middle where the content should be.

    From the T+Cs...

    15. Applicants must be 18 or over and live in the UK.

I wonder if it'll work anyway with an ROI address?! Meh..

The "voucher" is a code by email, so I'll chance it anyway!! I'll keep an eye on this thread on Tue!!

    Thanks for the info!

I tried registering, but I get

"Sorry but you have not filled in all the required fields."

I have entered text in all the fields!

Has anyone else had the same problem?

    Ro

    Read the terms and conditions.

You have to have registered on the /mirror page, and you have to live in the UK.
If you try and register with a different country it say's you haven't filled in all the required fields.

    :(

Hi! Yeah, I kept getting the same thing, so just went to the normal homepage and set up an account there, then returned to the Mirror code entry page and typed in e-mail/password on the left hand side and it worked ok then.

    Hope that helps!

    ;)

They started on Saturday, that should be 3 password unless they printed 2 on Sunday.

Normally they send the codes by e-mail, so if we register a UK account with a fake address and after we get the code use it in the Irish account or if the code is linked to the account we change the address in the account after the code is added.

    FB7B7.
When I enter the codes and submit them it just seems to refresh the page. No message to say they are accepted or anything. It says the same on other forums.

Sorry, but we are unable to accept entries at the current time, please try again shortly.

I see the error above in a box just under the Red line and above the T&C's,

I register a UK account and also in work so it might be that it thinks that I'm in the UK.

    Regards

I got "Thanks, you have entered the correct code!" but as yet i've recieved no email, then again I should give them longer then 20min to get it :D

[edit] just noticed they say "you will be sent your £5.00 voucher by email within 7 working days" :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 400 ✭✭nachos

I just tried it there and it gave me a box underneath where the codes are entered saying "Thank you, you have entered the correct codes!". Not too sure what happens now, do they mail the voucher code to us?

There's a cap of 75,000 so that's how they stop all the multiple entries.
When they get 75,000, I'd say that's it.
My guess is they will send a 50p voucher to the people who don't get
    the big vouchers. :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,267 ✭✭✭mcgovern

    Anyone get theirs yet?

Still no sign - but it did say up to 7 days... So by the 14th? We won't panic just yet! :)

Unless I'm mistaken it said up to seven working days, so I make it out to be either this friday or even monday, depending if you include the 9th as the first of those seven or not!
