I've a BMI of 33.5 ...to those that don't know what that means..i'm very overweight.

Tomorrow i'm starting on a Lipotrim regime, goal is a 5 stone loss to get me to ideal weight and height.

Currently am 5'6" and 15 stone..very very over weight..

I'm writing this publically in the hope others read it.
If any of you are reading and thinking of doing the same would be great to have a place to chat and discuss things as we go along. If there is an Irish board already for this please PM me.
If anyone is interested please let me know.

Heres to Ketosis and weight loss!

Hey I was thinking of starting this in the morning also. I have tried it before and only made it to day 3 before packing it in! I've about the same amount of weight to lose as you and would so love to be able to stick to it.

The weightloss forum there has lots of people on Lipotrim and other diets like it- Cambridge etc.. Its great for info.

Dude believe me I've been there - and while it's nice to have support, the real push comes from always seeing yourself a bit better than last time. Post whatever details you have as you go along and we'll give you whatever support and advice we can.

Longfield, making that statement is a very good start.

Stay focused and if you ever need any help or advice post on this fitness board as there are a lot of well educated nutrition posters here. Another plus is that they are all very positive too.

    You can do it….

I've been on the lipotrim for 31 weeks and I've lost a total of 15 and a half stone about another 4 - 5 stone to go but for the first time in a long time I feel good about myself and more importantlt i look pretty good too. I can't reccomend this plan enough if you are obese try it, if you need to lose a few stone GO TO THE GYM  just take it a day at a time, I'm going for 9 months in total then I'll do the refeeding and maintanence programme, good luck to you

why are you digging up old lipo threads??

just remember the success of any diet is not how much you lose it is how much you manage to KEEP off.

As you haven't gotten to this point you really have no idea how successful the lipo diet is going to be for you. As Longfield said in another thread he managed to lose 4 stone while on it but then but 5 stone back on. Chances are you are looking at doing roughly the same thing you just don't realise it yet

It's highly unlikely that you're get much support for it here.

There's another thread about it with plenty of discussion detailing why you'd be better sorting out your diet etc then continuing with it.
