Ladies, are you finding it hard to find those sports bras that keep it all in, the ones that are really tight?

On this side of the atlantic [am in NYC] they used to be around but cant find them [i wonder if its because pilates has taken over the market and there's less bouncing around in that].

So I was thinking of online from abroad- any suggestions?

I really dont want to have to start wearing two.

    Thanks in advance.

I don't know if Marks and Spencers ship abroa but if htey do they have a cropped top that I find really comfortable- I use it for weights, running and all other cardio. Its tight without being restrictive and very, very comfy. Otherwise Berlei's range of Sports bras are one of the best of the market for high impact sports.

I use these 2 websites from time to time and they are worth checking out. They are UK but they do ship abroad and also while they seem a bit pricey at first, they have great sales and not just for sports stuff.

After going through a few different types, I'm now a huge fan of the Berlei Shock Absorber. It comes in 4 levels of firmess. I'm a 36D and I use a Level 4 for Taekwon Do, jogging and weight lifting. It holds everything in and is quite comfortable
