    Hi,

My girlfriend recently joined the new curves revolution. It says you should go at least 3 times a week. She has been going up to 4-5 times a week. Her food intake is good also. And last nite it was her first weigh-in and was told (quite bluntly) that she has made no progress, and that due to the fact she only went twice last week that this has upset the routine etc..........

To me this sounds like a load of horse sh*t...............

anyone out there have same experience?

yeah i wouldn't listen to them. mainly because i was in the gym in college and a girl in there was talking about being an instructor in curves. apparently she did a 3 day training course or something pathetic like that.
weight is not a good indicator of her progress anyway. if she's building muscle her weight will not drop as dramatically, but she will be losing bodyfat.
