    I think I'm doing them wrong. I feel the next day soreness in my upper abdomen but I want to shrink my waistline and lower abdomen.

    Any advice?

    *sighs* Yes, post your diet so we can have a look at it. There is no such thing as spot reduction of fat, and while ab excercises will tighten your mid section, it does nothing for the layer of fat of them them. The key component to diet is fat lose, so lets be having a look at that.
