BSOP Qualifiers - Date

O.k. I've been trying to narrow this down. As far as I can tell a weeknight after 7.30 p.m. suits most people so it's basically a question of which night in particular.

I propose Wednesday at 7.30 p.m. in the Fitz.

Other options:

Thursday 7.30 - (€270 is on)
Friday - 7.30 - (Trip to Tip)
Saturday 3/4 p.m. or later
Sunday 3/4 p.m. or later

It looks impossible to me to suit everyone but heres the place to discuss it. Lets take a day to try and settle on something.
It may be necessary to split the qualifiers up which is fine. For example Tom is at the Trip to Tip on Friday but the players of Qualifier 2 may be available to play then.

I'm in heat 1 and Wed is fine for me too. I'm heading to tipp, so you can rule out Friday for me... Apart from Friday, any time really suits me.

Holy cow lads. There have to be compromises. So far it looks like Shmunsday at 7.30. It's partly my fault that it has taken so long to get things going but we need to settle on something. Are people saying that if a Champions league game is on then thats it? Thanks God I support Notts Forest

Looking through the replies it looks like Tuesday is the best so far (bar ntlbell) so any more objections to Tuesday? I also hope Spiritus can check the Fitz for us too.

Thurs or Friday for me at the moment - Work ties me up until Wednesday. [4hr drive so even if I finish at 6 - wouldn't get to Dublin until 10.] Weekend a possibility.

What about Tuesday week (28th) for all three qualifiers say 6.30 and then the final afterwards. It gives people time to make arrangements and fixer will have been paid Just a suggestion. If I have to play tomorrow, then so be it.

O.k. then unless some huge amount of the remaining players have a problem we are playing the qualifiers and final on Tuesday week (28th) at 7.30 p.m. I'm sure it won't suit everyone but it's impossible to do so. Hopefully next month we can be more accomodating and more of the events might occur on the weekend if the week is a problem. (I like Saturday night because you can guzzle some beer and have a home game afterwards).

Just a quick heads up, I will have to do some serious dodging of assorted family birthday things (as I said earlier its me bday) to make this tonight.
I would feel like an absolute $hit to miss it but it is unfortunatly a possiblility
