Hmm am the same as you, used to have really skinny wrists. At 15 though, you will see a change as you get older. In the mean time, try building up your forearms with some decent forearm excercises, as for wrists, apart from fat, you cant really add size just strenghten them. Always look on the brightside, smalleish forearms will make your biceps and triceps look big, hehe. You could always try the grip strenghtners from the likes of lifestyle. im sure more more people will have better advice, just be careful not to damage your wrists, it can be done too easily and will come back to haunt you, good luck..
oops forgot to include the excercises. not too sure of the names,
but with a dumbell, instead of having a palms facing out grip when curling, alternate, start with palms facing at your sides and turn them to facing out when you reach the top fo the curl and back in on the way down.
another one is wrap a towel around the barbell to make it a thicker grip, that will work the forearms more

You can't really build wrists quickly as they are mostly bone and tendons. They will get marginally bigger as your fore-arms (and the rest of you basically) gets bigger. Kwalsh000's advice is all good stuff for building fore-arms (except I'ld go online and get a Captain of Crush gripper, I can't see how anyone over the age of 4 could find one of those Lifestyle things challenging). Try doing suitcase deadlifts gripping the bar slightly off centre as well, this will need wrist strength to keep the bar steady (or deliberately misload one end of the bar).

only thing that made my actual wrists any thicker has been juggling slightly heavy balls tbh. Best thing for strengthening your grip, in my opinion, is hanging froman overhead bar with varied grips (fingertips/fingers/one hand full grip (if you can) etc), until you fall off, and then doing it again. This made no noticeable difference to the size of my arms/wrists though (although my grip got stornger quite fast).
Hitting a heavy bag is good for strengthening bones and ligaments. Whether that might make them thicker I have no idea though. That sort of training needs long recovery periods btw.

whats wrong with skinny wrists? it makes the rest of your arm look more defined if you have skinny wrists

Tbh there's nothing you can really do to add size to your wrist but there is an up side to it, skinny wrist have more stability when out under stress making you an ideal canidate to take up gymnastics (the ultimate sport).

Yeah, but only if you have any sort of arms, which i'm assuming the OP does not, as they are worried about skinny wrists.

skinny joints + a relative amount of muscular development = illusion of even bigger muscle.
