FROM CDWOW

Afternoon,

Noticing that some of you are enquiring as to the whereabouts of your vouchers,
we are currently processing the information, verifying all valid entries and removing duplicates/invalid details (such as multiple e-mail addresses being used/applicants registering more than once from the same household).
All successful applicants will receive their e-voucher within the time frame as set out in the T+Cs of the Time Out offer.

Hi

Sorry for the delay in responding - we have been inundated with applications
which do not meet the stipulated criteria and so we have had to sort through
them manually.

Thank you for your patience.

We will be sending the vouchers to "qualifying" entries shortly.

Kind Regards

Hello

Unfortunately you do not qualify for the Time Out Reader's Voucher Offer.

Please see qualifying points below.

We would like to thank you for your interest in CD WOW!

As a goodwill gesture please enjoy spending 3 x £3.00 vouchers at www.cd-wow.com:
<code1>
<code2>
<code3>

Thanks again.

CD WOW! Customer Services

Qualifying Points:

* Purchased Time Out issue 1852 dated 15th-22nd February 2006
* Register with CD WOW! via the Time Out link as advertised in issue number 1852.
* Opted-in to our CD WOW! newsletters.

- Time Out is a London only entertainment listing guide.
- Please note that as per our Terms & Conditions only one voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
- Please note we are unable to respond to emails sent to this reply address.

Interesting. They won't give an £8.75 voucher but they will give 3 x £3 vouchers. Strange people. :) I know they'll more than likely make more money this way - nothing free as opposed to some money - but I'm not complaining really.

H... how do they know?

I read nothing about having to opt-in CDWOW newsletters. They must have recieved way too many requests for this one.

That's a direct quote from a mail I got today. I got it from timeout@cd-wow.com. Timestamp says 17:09.

I guess they're processing it somewhat manually and using various excuses. If you look it says TimeOut is a London magazine so I'd assume they're using that as an excuse.

Got 3 vouchers, used one on my 'traditional ' account which worked swimmingly .

3 x 3 = £9 . Fair exchange.

/me happy

• Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,632 ✭✭✭✭okidoki987

Can you use the 3 vouchers together or is it only one 3 GBP per transaction?

• Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 25,234 ✭✭✭✭Sponge Bob

strictly one per transaction , if you double up you lose both .
