    Rinse in warm water. It wont poison you, it will disinfect it though. It should hurt like hell and will probably burn away all the healthy cells...

    WTF has this got to do with Fitness?? Wouldn't the Doctor board be more appropriate? Oh, there isn't one - hmm, maybe you should go and ring a DOCTOR then..?

    I don't remember ever being charged €50 to ring my GP.
    Asking people on an internet fitness forum is the intelligent thing to do in this situation, is it?

    ok I rinsed it and the pain is going down was so stupid of me, Of course I am not going to go running to a doctor get a grip.
