This is kinda embarrassing so I went annon..anyway here goes..in my mid 20's..reasonably fit...play football a few times a week...used to go to gym but membership just expired..the problem is that my pectoral muscles have taken on a somewhat feminine shape recently and I can't get rid of this unwanted fat tissue...going on hols to Greece with my gf in 2 months time and would feel a bit embarrassed going swimming/sunbathing etc..she says that they're not noticable but I feel very self concious...Is there any excercise regime to focus on your pecs that will rid me of this..appreciate all your advice..try to keep the slagging to a min:o

It completely depends on if this is the shape of the muscle or just the fact that you are holding some fat dude.

My suggestion is cut out the processed foods, lay off the booze, stop drinking milk and eat some good health complex carbs and protein sources with some healthy fats.

Keep your cardio and weight training up as well.

I think it would be best if you post up your diet for us, and maybe your current excercise regime. That way we can see where the holes are instead of guessing! :D

Breakfast: Cereal and brown bread/occcassionaly bacon and sausage bap

    Dinner: Meat and two veg.

Tea: toasted ham + chesses sambos/tuna melts/pasta salads

Generally do not eat any junk food and do not snack in between meals. Do eat a lot of chips, only form of spud in work canteen.

    Any particular excercise for pecs?

    Bench press: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?Name=Barbell+Bench+Press+-+Medium+Grip

    Pectorial Fly: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?Name=Dumbbell+Flyes

    Dumbell Bench: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.php?Name=Dumbbell+Bench+Press

These are the 3 main workouts i use for my chest, i also use the various levels of decline and incline also. So technically there are 9 workouts in that there e.g decline bench, flat bench, incline bench, decline bumbell bench, flat dumbell bench etc etc.

Those should get your pecs goin and this is the one place you wouldnt get a slaggin :) .

If it's a bit of gyno you should up your intake of broccoli and cauliflower, as they are anti-estrogenic. Defintiely lay off the booze, and buy organic as much as you can afford. Some of the chemicals used as pesticides can stay on your food and act as phyto-estrogens in the body.

Dropping over-all bodyfat is usually a good option too.
