    Hi there

    Looking for a personal trainer in the Dublin area and just wanted to see if someone could recommend someone.

    Seriously need to lose around 2 stone and need something to kick start it and keep me on going.

    Hey there

    I do personal training and specialise in weight loss. Generally I would do a six week program to loose 2-3 stone in weight. If you are interested let me know where you are and what times and when you can train. I am based in Dalkey so would generally work the south dublin area
