Mine are still slender, but not as thin as before. Still wrap when I kickbox or TKD spar. Got some improvement when I was told to start doing wrist curls with a bar bell without the weights on the ends. Later, added a little weight. Lots of repetitions every other day for weeks. Saw some improvement.

Remember guys, the wrist contains very little muscle around it, so building up the wrist itself is not really the best way to go with this.

What you want to do is work on grip strenght and forearm size and strenght.

Naturally skinny joints are actually a huge advantage if you build up a bit of muscle, as it will give the illusion that the muscle is a bit bigger than it is!!!

Put some work in on your biceps, triceps and forearms and you will not be hearign about skinny wrists any more, but about how decent your arms look.

And don't use those sissy wraps :D . If you want to build up forearm strength and wrist strength then squeeze a towel, or do single arm deadlifts holding the bar slightly side of centre, or farmers walks etc. Eventually as your muscles get stronger (and they will anyway from any weight training) your tendons will slowly start to thicken as well. The majority of the structures around the wrist are tendons rather than muscle as Dragan mentioned. Be warned, tendons grow really slowly and won't ever really make a big impact on the size of your wrists, but if you wanted to know - there it is!

What about the cango hammer drill:rolleyes: You need a cango hammer or a power drill (at least 850W) and a large slab of concrete for this exercise. Start with a small bit size 14-16mm. Each set consists of drilling 20x6" holes through solid concrete. Do 3 sets. Increase drill bit size for added shakeage. That outa isolate the wrist pretty good:eek:
