Does walking into the steam room or sauna improve your skin or enhance acne. I dont know the Hell?

    What other benefits are there?

In theory it shud reduce any spots or acne as it causes all the pores to open up and dump any unwanted dirt etc thats trapped in them.

Never heard of it enhancing acne tho...

I always thought it helped to clear you oout, but maybe at the start you would get spots and you sweat out the impurities, stuick with it for a few weeks and see what happens, remember to have a cold shower afterwards as this will close the pores.

The Secret is to throw your head under the cold shower to close the pores as the above post stated, if you dont do this your letting the bad stuff back into the pores.

Ok here's what i do and it always provides the nicest sauna nd help keep away spots etc.

    1. Have a shower before u get in2 the sauna to remove any dirt and hair gel (not fun if it gets in2 ur eyes)
    2. Sit and relax in the sauna for 15-20 mins on about 70-80 degrees
    3. Get out, shower off the sweat and allow ur body to cool down a bit
    4. Get back in the sauna while hopping out every 15-20 mins to cool down.

When ur finished have a proper shower to wash off all the sweat and the dirt thats been excreted by ur skin. And be sure to drink plenty during and afterwards as ur body will have lost a lot of water.
