I just recently bought a mini-trampoline and I have been jogging and doing excercises on it most nites but I can only last around 10 mins before i nearly collapse off it.

As you can probaly tell I am really unfit and around 2 stone overweight, which I have never been. I'm finding it very hard to loose the weight also.

I was looking around the shops for a DVD workout for the trampoline but cant see one anywhere.. or even a good cardio workout, anything that will help shed the pounds..

Has anyone got any ideas or tips??

    Thanks

do u find the trampoline enjoyable as a workout?, i was looking at them myself, they are sposed to be great for stamina and the heart and overall body fitness.
