Would it really be that much hassle to fix the clock in the sports centre?

Well the hand-dryer in the mens toilets in Arts (the dryer on the right hand side) has been broken for at least the last 3 years!

Eng is in a sorry state: many of the theatres have broken clocks.

Also in the men's on the second floor, both hand-dryers don't heat but they still run. So maintenance obviously don't bother actually checking them (and don't wash and dry their hands after using the toilet!) - they just push the button and check it makes noise.
