I was just wondering what people's BMI is? And is BMI a good measurement?

I'm about to get back into training and in this link it says that you should be between 20-25.

Now my BMI is 29 ATM and it was about 26.5 this time last year but due to injuries etc. I've been absent from the gym.

In order to get my BMI down should I be solely doing cardio or should I incorporate some weights also.
