    Agger in for Hyppia?
Interesting to see how that plays out, I'd be wary to break up the Carragher/Hyppia partnership.
As for the rest of the matches-

Arsenal should do ok at home, can see manu faltering. Chelsea unlikely to have any problems at villa.

Is Pongolle eligible for Blackburn against ManU? Can't see Blackburn winning tbh.

Yes, he is. He may start because Bellamy and Dickov are missing.

    Arsenal v West Ham, 20:00
    Arsenal
    Aston Villa v Chelsea, 19:45
Draw(I hope, nah CHelsea will probably win, but I think Villa have a decent chance for a draw. Chelsea ain't playing great atm, and they finally dropped some poinst vs. Charlton, but they've been playing bad all year(for their standerds), so maybe this 'run'(ha) can continue)
    Blackburn v Man Utd, 20:00
Man Utd(although I'm quite wary about this game, although we've played them so much lately, I'm sure we can take them, as we seemed to have handled Pederson in the last game, so I figure we can beat them, but it won't be easy. Very annoyed it won't be on TV, fairly sure its gona be a good match)

I'd imagine they're not showing it because they already showed the two Carling Cup games. At the start of the season when Sky were picking the games, they probably thought that Blackburn would be relegation fodder anyway so they didn't plump for this game.

Arsenal vs. West Ham is a London derby and could be a good match.

arsenal need a win tonight to get back on track

a draw would be great to knock chelseas confidence for sundays game against liverpool

utd are too strong for blackburn imho

liverpool should take birmingham comfortably (gonna wait until football first tonight to see if robbie makes a return)agger should be interesting to see!

i can see city doing newcastle and i hope they do bein honest

    GO ON HARRY!!!

Much as it pains me to say it, Blackburn are missing Bellamy and Dickov and, short of an individual bit of genius from Pedersen, I can't see them beating United. I'd take a nil all draw TBH.

I'm expecting Wigan to fall away so I still think we're in pole position for 6th or 7th place. That'll do and is a big difference from the relegation fight of the past two seasons.

Just seen this on the Skysports website:

"Hughes cannot call upon Liverpool loan signing Florent Sinama-Pongolle because he was not signed in time to make his debut and spiky strikers Paul Dickov and Craig Bellamy are injured."

So what front two will he pick??

Not sure which to take but I'd probably take Sky's. I'd imagine he'll go with Bentley and Kuqi, as per the weekend and last Wednesday. He might go for a 4-4-1-1 though with Pedersen playing behind Kuqi and Reid or Sergio Peter (who's been pressing for a starting place) on the left.

Edit: Just checked the official Rovers site, and Soccernet is wrong. Pongelle definitely won't play.

I'm hoping Blackburn line out something like:

    Friedel

    Neill
    Todd
    Nelsen
    Gray

    Mokoena

    Savage
    Reid

    Pedersen

    Kuqi

That'll allow Mokoena to look after Rooney in his roaming role. I'm happy to see Todd and Nelsen are both back too. Khizanishvili's confidence is low after giving away two penalties and scoring an OG last week.

Gave up my ticket to the game a while ago as I was to be too busy. When Fowler came back and there was a chance that he would be playing was disappointed to say the least. Have since been invited to the game, ahhh the joy of corporate entertainment..

From a Spurs persceptive I'm hoping for an improbable West Ham win @ the Library, and a Pompey win at home to Bolton (with Mendes, Davis, Routledge and Pamarot all scoring...)

    The rest? Pshhhh...

Oops. I meant to say Tugay in the middle as well :) I wouldn't start Bentley, this type of game doesn't suit him. You need the real scrappers in there.

So the team would look like:

    Friedel

    Neill
    Todd
    Nelsen
    Gray

    Mokoena

    Savage--- Tugay
    Reid

    Pedersen

    Kuqi

Mokoena looking after Rooney! Are you having a laugh??????

He managed just grand last year in the 0-0 draw at Old Trafford. I seem to remember a certain tough guy Rooney even pulling out of a tackle with the hacksaw. How I laughed when I saw that. The way the media go on you'd think Rooney would take on anyone. In the end, he's usually too busy complaining to the ref.

Hughes is starting with the team that started last week though, with Todd instead of Zurab being the only change. I don't think Bentley and Kuqi have what it takes to penetrate the United defence, I'll be hoping that Reid and Pedersen will do that.

Still, I was expecting them to rest Hyypia if anyone. United are resting RVN too. Arsenal are starting Diaby and a few other young chaps it would appear, Johan Djorou and Kerrea Gilbert.

Not surprised. Hypia was Liverpools best player against Portsmouth and Carr hasnt had a rest in a long time. They will want him fresh ahead of Chelsea.

Its those type of ties that are usually trickier for the big teams. They should be scoring but, alot of the time, it just won't go in.
