Fitness Trainer

I'm a girl (19) in the Kildare area. I've never been that involved in sports and gym going but I really want to start and get myself together. I hope to tone up and lose a little weight. The weight lose isn't that much of an issue, but I would like to get fit again, and like I said, trim up.

Can anybody recommend any personal trainers/fitness instructors in the Kildare/Dublin region, that'd be interested in one to one training. I want someone to help me establish a workout regime and to make sure I'm doing everything right. I know that there's ones in gyms and that, but to be honest I'd rather hiring someone privately. Also, I have mild arthritis, and I that's why I want to go about getting someone to help me, rather than going at it gung-ho and doing myself more injury.

Haven't a clue how to go about getting one, a decent qualified one anyway, and here seemed like the place to ask.

    Thanks for any replies!

Maynooth. However my family may be moving to Galway in the next while, so if there was anybody you knew of there, if there was nobody in the Kildare region, I'd be there most weekends.

    Thanks

Im sure if you asked at the some of the Clubs & Socs @ NUIM there would be someone would be willing to train with you. Are you looking for someone to train with as in a buddy system and to estalblish the habbit of working out or are you looking for a trainer to make sure your technique etc is correct? PDD
