    Hi,

Im not sure if this is the right forum for this.

I get 7-8 hours sleep every night, only got out boozing once a week (saturdays usually) but i am completly wrecked every morning. Once i have a shower i am fine but i am wondering if there is something i can do to be fresher in the mornings.

My diet is just ok, slowly improving.

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks

You may not be sleeping deeply enough, or your diet may be lacking or the later may be leading to the former.

Hint : get in more zinc and magnesium and see if it improves the quality of your sleep.

+ it's worth it just for the screwed up dreams :D .

If I'm not feeling energetic I analyse my diet, sleep & training. You could be over-trained, you might be needing a vit-min supplement, you mightened be eating enough - I don't really have enough info to say for sure.

Do you feel like your hearts going a bit too fast in the morning (classic symptom of over-training)? Do you eat alot of carbs before bed?

Maybe you're just not 'a morning person'.

Lots of people are like that from birth.

A good test is can you train in the morning? or is the afternoon / evening better?
