Just wondering whose 100% intact and whose had parts large or small removed either medically or by accident.. i.e. a tooth? A limb? Appendix/tonsils? A breast? Etc….

Obviously the regenerating ones such as blood, skin cells, hair, nails, etc don't count.. :)

Well I have the odd internal organ that has completely given up functioning. But it's not been removed so I'm not sure if that counts?

i was walking down the street and a black merc pulled up and two guys dragged me into the car and hit me over the head, then next thing i can remember was waking up in a room with a notice on the wall "cheers for the kidney" and now i have a scar on my side.

    :D

lost my tonsils and adenoids in an operation. and funnyish story, was in the docs yesterday and he was checking my throat and he kept on shoving the lollypop stick thingy down further when he was trying to see my tonsils. i told him i had them taken out and he was quite embarassed!

I keep thinking the title of this thread is "are you still a whore?" Pity, that would have been more interesting.....

I have no tonsils, adenoids or appendix and in a few months, my gall bladder is getting removed also.

There'll be none of me left in a few years.

I've had my right leg and appendix removed, oh and a couple of teeth.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 29,930 ✭✭✭✭TerrorFirmer

How the heck do they get adenoids out? I remember when I was much younger, reading in a R. Dahl book about how he got them out....yeeeuck...! What exactly are adenoids anyway?

I've never had anything removed actually....apart from the obvious teeth as a child, but have all my adult teeth, wisdom included. although half my front tooth is fake....but that doesn't really count! :D

my head was seperated from my body in a bizzare gardening accident.

currently the two parts are arguing as to who gets use of the name theCzar for the purposes of spamming.

my head argues that as the cognitive function, it's got the first refusal on the name, but my body argues convincingly that most of whats said on boards is without reason and thus brainless, and besides, it has the fingers and toes, allowing for more rapid spamming...

    It's a fascinating case.

    I'm more than 100% as I have 3 kidneys.

But I'd gladly swap at least two of them for a long floppy tail.

I'm physically fully intact, but I'm only a shell of a man.

Actually, I've no tonsils either. And I'm missing two wisdom teeth. And arguably my heart is either (a) in the wrong place or (b) missing entirely.

12 pints is a lot for somebody who lost their arms and legs fighting Nawtzis back in Vietnawm. Who wheeled me home anyway?

I'd eat Whitewashman's piss covered chunky faeces after 12 pints in fairness.

No wisdom teeth. They were chiselled out as they had no room to come down. Delightful.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,074 ✭✭✭skibum

Had my adenoids removed and have had my balls disconnected! (vasectomy):D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,563 ✭✭✭connundrum

    Hmmmm...

I've had bits of my hip taken out, it's now being held together by a series of metal plates and pins. I've had skin from both thighs taken to graft onto my back. I've lost about a square foot of skin in total from my knees and elbows. I've had my last (bottom) vertabae taken out and put back in again. I've cracked my pelvis and there is still a bit of bone stickin out from where it definitely shouldn't be!

Apart from that, I fell over one day and the obligatory tonsils and adenoids fell out. Oh and the average amount of broken and fractured ribs. And finally I broke my nose in 2 places in the one incident.

*Having to take a crap in a commode is far worse than all of the above combined :v:

Had my tonsils removed, but I've a metal plate in my left arm so I suppose (with the superhuman strength in my left arm and all) I'm around 980%.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 166,026 ✭✭✭✭LegacyUser

Hey, I am incredibly lucky, I have never broken, sprained or fractured any part of my body, nor have I have had any surgery or ever required stiches.
I don't have a single scar on my body!

Pretty Amazing considering all the bumps and falls I had as a child, my mother must have wrapped me up in bubble wrap:)
