    i dont really do the keep fit thing as i walk to work and i find im in ok shape and so im happy i guess with my body.
    i take iron tabs 1 a day multi vit 1 a day and 2 spoons of cod liver oil.
    would the above be a good balance of items .
    i work nights and dont eat regular enuff,hence i like to make it up with the vitimans and oils.
    i had a bad case of tennis elbow a while ago , and just carried on taking the liver oil.
