    Try Glenlisk Organic Yoghurt.
    €1.79 for 2 x 500g Natural Yoghurts

Great value and Glenlisk make the nicest yoghurts in the market.
Organic, so no nasty preservatives or addiditives.
An Irish company too so it's good to support them

I'm eating McDonalds strawberry yogurts. I'd like to know how these compare to the Glenisk which I also like:)

Glenisk tropical fruits yogurts are nice alright
i've munched my way through 500g pots in one sitting on multiple occasions:p

can't beat apple or caramel muller rice either... i'd usually have one with my lunch every day in work.

the 1% fat ones, very little sugar.
    not full of sugar,
    lies.

    Lies!!!

Please grow up and go with the recommendations or be prepared to keep doing all the wrong things and make no progress.

Those are the best options in a field of sweetener filled (might want to check that too) junk food

can i just point out that the carbs, protein and fats count of this product is giving about 100 cals , so where is the other 300cals per 100 gram coming from folks?

Simple question like this can help when choosing what products to buy.

And not to be smart to anyone, but Transform does help people in this type of thing for a living, and from his past posts i have every confidence that he knows his business. Basically i'm saying that when people try and help you then at least check out what they are saying. ;)

Why use skimmed milk and then put back in cream!, ah of course, it is processed crap.

The other trick you often see is doubling up of ingredients. e.g.
    tomatoes(34%), tomatoe puree (33%), water (32%) , salt (1%)

Then at the bottom it has its own ingredients for:
Tomato puree: water 90%, tomatoes 10%

so in fact it is 61.7% water and 37.3% tomatoes, yet at a glance it seems full of tomatoes.

A food that shocked me was odlums wheat bran, I think it is 35% fibre, I love it mixed in with yoghurt, I also put in uncooked porridge oats, is this OK?

    These things scare me.

Muller products remind me too much of Flash Liquid... I can't stand them!
