one way audio blueface

my blueface trial is great but when i call only about three quarters of the time can people hear me - i use a budgettone 102 connected to a us robotics router - IBB - any ideas

Check the upload speed on your IBB connection (irishisptest.com), I don't know how those lying bastards can claim they have a symmetric service. My supposedly 2Mb upload is often running at sub modem speeds, VoIP likely to fail at anything less than say 80kbps. If you can hear the other person then your download is OK.
