Well, stop doing stomach crunches for starters. They'll just make your belly muscles bigger resulting in the fat being pushed forward even more!

Jog. Swim. Cycle. Change your diet.

The people you see in magazines with the perfect 6 pack have an obsessively low fat diet.

Are you serious about ab crunches, I thought they helped in toning up a fatty stomach??

Does anyone EVER do a search on to check and see have these questions been asked before  ..

to lose a belly its all about diet. crunches and other ab exercises will of course help the ab muscles to develop, no you won't get a pot belly, but you won't see teh results of all your hard work until you lose the podgy bit of flab sitting on top of all those toned muslces. Lose the fat through diet.

Cut out processed foods. Drink lots of water. swap white for brown. eat 5-6 small meals a day...

OP why not post up your daily diet and current workout regime and we can give you a hand with it- vague questions will lead to equally vague answers!!!

If you have the same lazy ass approach to posting as mail as you have with your attitude to exercise you have a long way to go mate!!!

I wish you all the best so gosh get the basics right 1st - read old posts and ask questions once you have done so.

We want you to succeed so put in some work first
