Hi Guys... I am just a novice in VOIP and was wondering which is the best option to go for.
I want to be able to use my phone upstairs and downstairs and utilise my Broadband connection...
I have been reading the forum and some go for skype and some blueface. Which would be the best scenario...
I am using a Eircom router at mo....

    Regards...

    I would think:

Blueface, ATA, multiple DECT phones. You will still have to pay line rental to Eircon. If you can get cable or reliable wireless look at this option to save on line rental.

Skype is not real VOIP. It also requires your computer to be on to use it.

I couldn't tell you about DECT phones.

Blueface sell ATAs and I am selling my current one (want a new one) if interested send me a PM.

Not sure about IBB. Some people have good IBB connections some have awful ones. Latency is a big factor.
