Need fitness programme!

    Hey guys,
    Does anyone know any muscle toning programmes i can follow that will exercise my whole body, like a set of exercises that i can follow everyday so i can tone up over the coming months. I have my own routine but its not working out that well and its really hard to follow. I have acces to weight and a punch bag so that should help and i go to the gym nearly every weekend. Please help! Thanks

    Post weight, height, sex, diet (very detailed) and current program (sets reps and most importantly weight lifted on every exercise) first, a reply will follow only then

    I'm 15, dont have a diet just try to eat loads of protein food, i'm 8st 5lb- 53.0kg, 5'8.0" tall, my b.m.i is 17.9. I lift 5kg on every exercise.
