I have in my possession a written agreement between myself and Dubsmax that he was selling the Tmaxx to me for 250 euro plus delivery.

Now tell me where that would NOT stand up in court..!! :mad:

I think it would be a good idea to prohibit any more for sale threads here. Make them use the For Sale boards where this kinda sh1t won't be tolerated.

Like i said, i posted the original post in the 'post a pic of your model' thread (which some mod used to start this thread). Read the original post and see how i was just responding to Vectra's questions. I never intended a for sale thread!

Does Vectra think by threatining Me that I would change my mind and sell.
I did apolagise to Him on an Email earlier today, no money changed hands and if he had given me a deposit I would have felt obliged to sell, but he didn't and He souldn't have sold something he is not in possesion of. Reading through the T&C on the boards I notice "It shouldn't be a place to make a quick buck, by trying to rip someone off. We don't like Del-Boy wannabes. We're all friends here. Right?"

I think He seen me coming selling the Tmaxx for alot less than its worth and I have now decieded to keep it.

Well, the general idea is post on the FS general forum and link to it from here..I'll just start moving them when I see them anymore..
