How many boardsters on the 12th Jan 2006 are single or spoken for?

Oh, & actually, how long would you have to be going out with someone to consider it long term?

Going out 6 months or so. In this case, that is long term. (special circumstances).

Well yeah - for you're first long term anything up to a year is pretty good. After that, anyting below say 6/10 months is vert short term, 10 to 16 months short term & all after long term

I have a very lovely boyfriend for 1 yr and 8 mths! I agree that anything over a year is long term as long as you can see yourself being with the person for many more years!

Well since it's my only relationship I naturally find it long.And I'd say 8 months is longer than most people have for their first relationship?

I always thought by replies in threads that most of us were a luved up bunch!

I agree that long term is varied, but I'm only going with my bf 3 months.
I intend to spend the rest of my life with him (yes, how can I say that etc, etc, etc, but from other threads you might remem my long story & I know him a long long time so I can be confident in what I say)

However, although my intentions are that he is the one & I'll be with him forever, I still don't think I'm in a long term relationship!

The relationship most definitely will be long term, it's just not long enough yet
