    Hi ronbyrne2005,

By coincidence of coinceidences I've just gotten a letter from Richard Rocker the rep for reflex in Ireland, asking me to take on his range. I haven't as of yet, because I'm not familiar with it. Here's his contact info, richard@properformance.biz and his website, www.properformance.biz.

Let me know if its any good, and I may bring some in. I was told the mint choc was particluarly nice.

    Hey Boru,

just thought i would advise you of my own experiences with Reflex. It is a very good range and i have always have good results with there stuff when i took it. The Progen Bars are especially tasty and fantastic products as far as bars go, and there proteins are just great.

Granted my heart has been won by Nutrition X because they do great products and they are Irish, but Reflex are still up there as one of my favourites.

    Thanks Dragan,

I appreciate the feedback. I'm actually trying to organise a series of seminars for the staff, and was looking to get in seminar on supplementation so everyone is on the same page. I may ask him to drop down....hmmm....will let you all know.

While I'm at it, would any one be intrested in attending seminars, or lectures on stuff like that? I've got a couple of free hours in the studio at the evenings, and I though it would be a great idea to host a monthly lecture on an area of training for begineers and advanced alike. An evening on supplementation, one on flexebility techniques, one on HIT training, etc. Invite in guest speakers, sit back and learn.

    What do you think?

I'd be interested in that (work permitting) and I'm sure lots of other people would be too.
