    Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good treadmill for 1500euro approx? I was thinking of the following:
    http://www.tmdoctor.com/~tmdoctor/pages/bodyguard_t_240.php (opinions welcome)

I have just started research into the purchase, does anyone know of any suppliers who would stock this item? I have tried www.vjhomefitness.com and they don’t stock it.

    Hi dmck,

I work for Star Fitness a home fitness equipmetn specialist company and I've never heard of Bodyguard before. I looked them up and took at look at the sats of the Treadmill you were talking about the T240. I'd have one very similar made by a company called Horizon. Life time guarentee and the same specs (except its a 10 degree incline not a 12) retails at €1599 at the moment. If you want to have a look you can check it out on

    http://www.starfitnesstore.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=31&category_id=6&option=com_phpshop&Itemid=1

if you wnat to try it out you can drop into Arnotts or or store in Bray.

If you need anything else, shout.

    Hi Boru,
Thank you for the reply. The Horizon looks good although
the Motor on the horizon is 1.5 while the Bodyguard is a 2.75. This would concern me as i have read that the motor size is very important. I will certainly drop into the shop to have a closer look at the Horizon as i have been unable to find a review of the machine on the web.

    Regards
