How does this plan look?

I got some good advice here in mid 2004 and was making great progress. However 2005 was a crazy year for me with alot of travelling through work, changing jobs, changing cities and finally moving country. Unfortunately it messed up my routine and everything fell by the side and all my good work was undone :(

But now I'm settled again and my new job requires hardly any travel :) So I'm going to start again. I'm 6ft and 85kg (approx 13.3 stone) at the moment, so first priority is to get the weight back to normal and lose my overall pudgy look and tone up the muscles.
My planned routine is 3 days in the gym and once the weather gets a little better 2 days jogging in the park.

    My gym routine:
    Day 1:
    30 mins threadmill
    Arms and shoulders
    10 mins bike

    Day 2:
    30 mins rowing
    legs
    10 mins bike

    Day 3:
    30 mins threadmill
    chest, back, abs
    10 mins bike

I had this routine going before and was getting very good results. I'm talking with my instructor this evening and we will be drawing up a plan.

Unfortunatly I know nothing about diet, just have to use my common sense.
    Typical weekday:
    8:00
2 Weetabix with low fat milk

    10:00
    Banana

    13:00
Sandwich for lunch, very limited option where I am and everything is from a fixed menu.
    I either choose:
ham, cheese, tomato and lettuce on wheat bread - no sauce
mozerallo, tomato and lettuce on wheat bread - pesto

    16:00
    banana or apple

    19:30 - 20:00
    Dinner varies,
brown pasta, tuna with tomato sauce
chicken, potatoes, carrots in a type of stew
Trying to come up with some good recipes at the moment!

Weekends would usually be scrambled eggs with tomato and wheat bread for breakfast.
Tomato caprese or salad for lunch.
And generally on on of the days something not so healthy for dinner like lasagne, pasta with cream sauce, fajitas.

All I ever drink apart from beer, is water. Not a fan of teas or coffes. Drink about 1.5l a day. I've cut back on beer now as well, maybe a few at the weekend but not every weekend.

Any tips for improving workout plan or is there anything in my diet that I am lacking or should remove? Ideally I would like more vedgetables so I will be trying to come up with some healthy dinner recipes that include this.

    Thanks!

Switch to Skim Milk & try switch to porridge.
Cut out the Cheese, its full of fat.
