    The music i listen to when im running is different from what I would normally just listen to on he bus or at home or whatever, I prefer to listen to fast upbeat songs as I feel it makes me work harder. This is the playlist I made for when I'm running;

    Rob D-Clubbed to Death
    Kanye West-The Workout Plan
    DJ Tiesto-Adagio for Strings
    Chemical Brothers-Out of Control
    Daddy Yankee-Gasolina
    System of a Down-BYOB
    LCD Soundsystem-Tribulations

    These are the songs best suited to excercising on my iPod but I'm starting to get bored of the same songs. I want to know what other people listen to when they are excercising as I'm looking to update my own playlist.

    Whatever you're into is what you should listen. If you don't know then I would recommend downloading loads of essential mixes onto your ipod.

    Ditto. Absolutley ditto. (wierd!) I'd add some queens of the stone age, real loud, great for chinups/pullups, perfect pace for it.
