    Exactly Dragan,

just check out the ingredients for 3 capsules
    ********************************
    Label Information
    Servings per container: 30
    Serving size: 3 Capsules
    Amount per 3 Capsule serving:

    Zinc 30mg
    Magnesium 450mg
    Vitamin B6 10.5mg
    Copper 1.5mg
    ********************************

in one average multi vit and mineral capsule will get
    Zinc 15mg
    Magnesium 30mg
    Vitamin B6 10mg
    Copper 2mg

Ok the magnesium is way higher in the ZMA cap but you could easier make this up by just buying and additional magnesium supplement to take with your multi vit and mineral.

Fitness Ireland are charging €21.50 for the ZMA, if your serious about training and concerned about nutrition I'd invest the money in books on vitamins, minerals and sports nutrition (or cheaper again join your local library) and do some research. You’ll save fortune in the long run and will help you understand the labels and the buzz works they use to market the products. Good independent advice goes a long way don’t believe all the hype in the glossy mags.

    cheers
