Personally I think they do a bang up job, if frequent down time, proxy server troubles and general lax service is your cup of tea. Right now, something's up with the proxy server so I can't log on to MSN(or Web messenger) and it's pissing me off no end. They do so many stupid things it's unbelievable. The mess with Mac…

Its like someone threw organic fertiliser on them and exposed them to direct sunlight for 12 hours a day over the christmas holidays. And watered them in the evening.
