I say just keep at it and once your into the
swing of it you'll get addicted :).

I havent been going to the gym for the past
5/6weeks and I feel like crap. I know that
once I make myself go tomorrow and for the
rest of the week, I'll be dying to go again :)

    Keep at it

What sort of mountain bike? Have you been using it on or off road? If you're going off-road there are loads of people who meet up three or four times a week and go on spins together. Makes it much more of an incentive to go and it's great craic.
